These people are volunteers on the board for the For His Glory Ministry. The Board meets monthly to discuss and grow the ministry.
Director
Melissa has been blessed with three beautiful children and a wonderful husband where they have resided in Brunswick, OH for the last 17 years. Melissa attended her first Women’s Renewal in 2010 where God decided to intervene and change her life by allowing her to open her heart to form an amazing relationship with Him. Since God was so willing to show His love to her, she became very passionate about the ministry and wanted to give back and show His love to others. She has humbly served Him by continuing His good work by teaming on two Women’s Renewals with the most recent one as the Weekend Director and mentoring young ladies on two Young Women’s Renewals. God has given her such a love and joy for renewals with awe in how God uses these weekends to speak through these faithful servants and bring others to Him or to deepen their faith in Him. Melissa served a few years as the Arrangement Coordinator & Mentor for Women’s Weekend Director on the For His Glory Continuation Board. She feels very blessed and honored to now be serving alongside Gary Blake as the Co-Director on the Board and with those who share in her same passion & purpose for the ministry. She is excited for this journey that God continues to take her on. Each day she prays “God, I trust you with all of my heart. Wherever you want me to go, I will go. Even if it is not where I planned. Lead me & I will follow.”
Pastor
Jay Carroll
Pastor Jay has been married to his wife Cora for 9 years and they are taking care of two of their teenage nieces. Jay is the Associate Minister at Brunswick Reformed Church which just happens to be the church he grew up in. Pastor Jay attended his first renewal at the age of 23 and that weekend completely changed his life and brought him back into the loving arms of Jesus. He also received his call into the ministry at that weekend. He has since teamed twice on adult men's weekends and on 3 young men's renewals. He is the co-pastor of the current combined men's team looking forward to putting on a weekend in 2021.

Gary Blake
Gary has been married to Julie for 16 years. Together they have raised ten children as part of a good-sized blended family. He was first introduced to the For His Glory Renewal and Reconciliation ministry when Julie shared her experience attending the "I Call Him Love” weekend of 2001. Gary attended his first renewal weekend at Brunswick Reformed Church, "Mercy Came Running", in 2004. After experiencing the love of Christ on that weekend, Gary served on the “Voice of Truth team in 2007 at Christ Church in Columbia Station, followed by leading the men of “24/7 He’s Always There For You “ as Co-Spiritual. Going forward, Gary has shouted from the mountaintops the wonder of God’s love and reconciliation that occurs every men’s, women’s, and teen weekend organized truly – For His Glory! Gary has served as Kitchen Crew Director, Co-Spiritual, and now Co-Director of the ministry. This is a man that lives to serve and lead - whether it is getting ready for a renewal weekend, day-to-day public service life as Deputy Director of Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority, as an Elder at Living Hope Church in Medina, or simply preparing dinner for his large, extended family.

Stephanie Beck
Stephanie has been involved in this ministry since 2009. Her dad Robert Beck was also involved with the ministry and served on the board for years. She currently lives in Brunswick, OH with her mom and brother. Stephanie has been on many different teams over the years including young women's and Women's teams. Stephanie loves to be behind the scenes and plan events. She loves showing God's love through her service. Stephanie is great at bringing new ideas and giving her all.

Men's 2021 Weekend Director
Jason Palmer
Jason Palmer is married to his wife of 10 years, Alexa, and together they have a 2 year old son, Jaron.
When he’s not working as a tradesman, he likes to spend time with his family, playing guitar with friends & on his church’s worship team, and enjoys outside activities like riding dirt bikes.
He is a member of Brunswick Reformed Church, where he’s worshipped for the last 15 years.
He has been part of two renewal teams and has attended many renewal weekends with family and friends. He looks forward to serving and helping the For His Glory ministry grow and impact the community.
