A renewal "team" is formed from past renewal weekend attendees to lead and present next year's weekend to the next group of renewalists. Each team member is prayerfully discerned for one fruit of the Spirit. They then give their personal testimony based on how God has transformed their life with that fruit as the central theme.

It is the hope of the Christian Reconciliation and Renewal Ministry that these 6 things will happen while interacting with our ministry.

- Renewalists will discover and affirm who they are in Christ
- Renewalists will be reinvigorated for service to God
- Churches will be blessed with the presence of recharged, energized Christians
- God will be glorified, His word proclaimed, and His Spirit unleashed
